I don’t think I ever posted these, but here is the first costume I made/finished. I made it back in March and it was…very challenging (at least at the time). I’d never drafted a pattern or pleated anything before, and all the materials I used were stretchy which really didn’t help.
I can’t imagine wearing it again, since it has puckering and fit problems. But I was super proud of it at the time haha. I’ve made two other costumes since this and am currently working on my fourth.
I was recognized all of two times wearing this costume - apparently the US convention scene doesn’t share my love for ‘The world god only knows’
